1. Who we are
PQUAL operates a private conformity-assessment and certification-services platform: institute assessment (Authorized Training Partner program), course approval, trainer approval, certificate issuance rails, and the public verification registry.
2. What PQUAL approval means
PQUAL approval attests that an entity met the published PQUAL Quality Framework at the time of assessment, subject to annual surveillance. It certifies process quality — not learner outcomes, employability, or perpetual quality. PQUAL is an independent, private quality-assurance body. PQUAL approval is not a government accreditation, licence, or academic degree.
3. Verification pages
Verification pages report the live registry status of a certificate at the moment of checking. Status can change (e.g., revocation, issuer suspension); rely on the live page, not screenshots.
4. Acceptable use
You may not scrape the registry at abusive rates, misrepresent verification results, or use the PQUAL name or marks except under a mark-usage licence. Rate limits apply to verification endpoints.
5. Liability
PQUAL's liability is limited as set out in the applicable ATP, Trainer or Certificate Holder agreement. Assessment decisions follow a documented methodology with a published appeals process.
