Have your quality
independently assessed.
PQUAL assesses training institutes against a published standard covering how programmes are designed, delivered and assessed. Approval provides independent evidence of quality — a recognised mark, a public registry profile, and certificates that can be verified.

What accreditation provides
A recognised, verifiable mark
Display the PQUAL mark on your website and materials. A single check confirms your accreditation is current — which is why it carries weight.
Verifiable certificates
Every certificate you issue carries a unique ID and QR code. Employers and learners can verify authenticity against the registry instantly, at no cost.
A public registry profile
A dedicated page in the PQUAL registry listing your approved courses, associated trainers and accreditation status — indexed and publicly searchable.
Transparency and oversight
Your dashboard records each verification of the certificates you have issued, alongside renewal dates and assessment history.
A genuine assessment, openly published
We assess eight domains of training provision against a standard that is published in full. Because the criteria are real and the methodology is open, approval carries genuine meaning for learners and employers.
Most assessments conclude within 10–15 business days, tracked entirely online.

The live mark reflects current status: it is withdrawn automatically if accreditation lapses, so a live mark can be relied upon.
